Oregon provides public access to many custody and court records, but the records are spread among offices. Wheeler County does not operate the jail shown in local search results. The Sheriff may document an arrest and transport, NORCOR may hold the booking and release record, and Wheeler Circuit Court may hold the order or judgment that explains why custody ended. A person sent to state prison moves into the Oregon Department of Corrections search. Parole, post-prison supervision, and probation add separate records after physical release. Federal custody requires another system. This site arranges those distinct paths without pretending that one roster answers every release question.
